I'm in the same situation, I ordered a my license a couple of days ago, still no activation e-mail...

..Im upto 48 hours now and little worried. I dont mind waiting, its just nice to know how long.. As a previous poster said, should we be waiting until Monday??

Sorry guys, we tried but you're standing in a line of traffic. still about 100+ licenses to activate from the last 2-3 days...
We will begin ourselves on it once the first PC (then 2nd etc) is installed in the new office ;)
It will be in a few hours.

I understand you're waiting for your license and want to play with beta 2.3 v5 asap, just a bit of patience please, we're working hard overtime as always on getting it arranged as quickly as possible

Thanks for the update Radiance, it's appreciated. It's always a bit worrying when you do business online sometime and it doesn't quite go as smoothly as expected, so taking the time to keep us up to date really helps.

I've been able to spend the weekend getting into Viacad manuals (why doesn't moi3d have your approach to pricing) so the time's not been wasted.

We're nearly done (about 60%) approving&checking all the beta purchases, and then we will send out a new updated instruction mail to all new customers, and a getting started automatically mail when we're closed (out of office hours at the admin/support office in belgium)

Hevjudo, you're showing as a licensed user in the forum so you may be in my position - fully licensed but without the activation email.

The good news is that you can access the commercial forums and download the latest version. There are also instructions there on how to access the details of your Octane Live account by logging in at the refractive software homepage. You'll need these when you run Octane for the first time.

Getting the email doesn't seem to be necessary to get going, everything you need is available on the site.
