Has anyone had success using the LOD Object with Octane?

I saw that support was added in 2018.1.2-R2, but the "Use LOD 0 for Rendering" checkbox in the Options tab does not seem to work.

I have uploaded an example scene where the "Use LOD 0 for Rendering" checkbox works with the Cinema 4D renderer, but not Octane.

Thank you.

I think you haven't tested it enough. It's working but note that LV is using viewport geometry data. You can see expected result in Picture Viewer.

Thanks for the reply.

I see it working in the Picture Viewer now. I was expecting it to work in the Live Viewer (similar to how it works with C4D's Interactive Render Region).

As I said that LV is gathering the viewport data for geometries. So why you don't see that
