in OctaneRender you can have a Primary Environment node, and add a secondary Visible Environment node, to handle the illumination with the Primary node, and handle Backplate, Reflections, and Refractions with the Visible node.

Yes, but wouldn't it be great if you could have multiple visible environments, enabling the user to use one for reflection/refraction and another for backplate...bepeg4d wrote:Hi,
