Hi @ all,
in general i am quit happy with Octane.
But now i have different issue´s.
1. When i try to render an animation the light is not correct from frame No. 2 on.
The first frame is fine then the second to color is complete broken.
I try to render from second frame on then from 3. frame on the colors are wrong. I get crazy.
I tried so many things and no change. Even when i change the kernel same problem.
2. Problem. When i try to export my animation to .orbx or .abc then always Blender exit without a message.
Just quit. SOmetime after 20 frames export or sometimes after just 3 and so on.
I can not export anything. I mostly export animations with fluid.
I hope someone can help me.
I use the lates version.

Hi Andy!
The first problem is very probably due to the fact you should set your Blender Color Management settings properly.
In general I keep all settings to None/Default and only use Octane Imager to manage the color correction. I hope this helps.
About exporting the animation, may I ask you which Octane for Blender version are you using?
There have been several fixes lately.
Thanks!

Hi!
1. Make sure that you haven't (accidentally) keyframed you light settings, and/or the scale/position of light sources (if you have any). And just double check you light settings in general.
2. My experience with the ORBX export is that it has some problems. I have no real suggestion, but you could go to Window > Toggle System Console to open the console and then see if there's any messages there when you do the export, that might point to the problem (or not..)
(In my case it takes a several minutes just to get to 1% [so far, I've never reached 100% with this project], and it repeats the same messages about the same objects over and over again)
