Hello again. This time I'm having problems with the textures in Octane materials.
Even if I drag the textures to the textbox or just draging it to the octane nodegraph editor directly, the path to the textures dissapear when I export the materials as a package to another project.
Can you specify why this could be happening? its a bug? or maybe i'm doing something wrong?
I hope you can help me
thank you!

Hello. As I said on my first post, I export the materials using package export in Unity.
Rightnow I'm trying to export the materials using the .orbx export in the octane nodegraph editor, It seems to work just fine, by now.
You can see in the attached file how I'm doing it rightnow, I don't know if this is the right way to do.
Thank you!

What was the path before they are exported to orbx?
Would it be possible for you to send me your original orbx package and your unity scene?

Hello, and thank you for the answer.
The path was one folder inside my project. I can't share the unity scene because its under a confidential disclosure agreement, but by the moment, I've tried exporting the materials with orbx and works fine.
I'll let you know if I'm having more troubles, but so far, the problem seems solved.
Thank you again.

Hi, a quick update on this.
I've confirmed that the problem losing the path happens with the minimun change... I've just moved my textures from one folder to another in the same project. Even if unity materials doesn't have any problem doing this (I'm just moving the textures from one folder to another in the same directory) Octane materials just lose the path.
Is there a way to move textures from folder to folder without losing the path? I mean is a simple operation, I guess.

I've also recorded a video to show you how its to work with octane rightnow.
(the problems occurs at sec 0:40)
Whenever I'm working with octane loaded, (in this video im just checking the octane materials to see if any of them have lost the texture paths), it doesn't take too long until Unity crashes. And this only happens with octane loaded, while browsing Octane materials.
I don't know what causes this, but I can't barely work like this.

I have tried to recreate your crash, but I cannot recreate it. Is there anything special about your materials?
Does this happen in every project?
Could you tell me which unity version and which OctaneUnity you are using?
Ill look into the texture moving issue.

The issue with moving texture to different folder locations has been fixed. SHould be part of the next build
