Hi folks,

I know it was asked several times in the past.
I tried to use a background image to match the 3D model.
No problem in Cinema4D or in Standalone.
No problem in Daz is you use Iray.

Is there really no workaround to use a background image in Daz and octane (No 360 enviroment)?
maybe I am to stupid to find a solution.

Greetings

Ralf, if you want to add a background image which does not contribute to the lighting in the scene, you will need to enable the Kernel->Alpha Channel, and then save the render and use Photoshop/GIMP/etc to composite the render over the background image.

Thanks
