i met a lot of weird issues these days...and- will post theme after tested on latest version
in liveviewer everything fine,including animation
but,while rendering in picture viewer,some strange corrupted frames will appear randomly. the issue is definitely appear everytime

very strange, I was able to render the complete scene without issues here, and your black frames are very strange... it seems that only a portion of geometry get hidden
The only difference is that I have 391.35 drivers installed.

It works!!
maybe 411 is the first release support RTX,still buggy....
after installed 416,it render fine too
