Hey aoktar,
Thanks for the quick reply.
what I did to fix it, saves the file called new.c4d as a cm unit file then when I re-open it and it's normal again.
I have to change the display unit in project setting as cm,unit in preference's unit setting has to be cm.
maybe that there is a problem with that old new.c4d file ( attacked bellow, hope it might help)

I appear to be suffering from the same issue. a couple of days ago all Octane lights are rendering as 1000x bigger than they are in C4D. This is happening to scenes that are both new and old, so it's not in the scene file, it's in the software. It is presenting me with a HUGE problem as the only fix I have right now is to scale every light source by .001 to get it working right, which means modifying every project I am working on as a bug workaround, which will bite me in the arse when this bug is fixed.
I tried reinstalling Octane + plugin, deleting preferences, etc..
My scenes are all in metres. The attached image shows a 1m sized Octane light - notice it is selected. But notice how the actual light showing is MASSIVE in comparison. You see two cubes in front of it. The smallest is 1m, the same size as the light, and the second is 10m. So it looks like the light is rendering out 100x bigger than reality.
I installed C4D R20 (I was on 19 until an hour ago) and have the same issue, so even a fresh install is causing the problem on existing files. Creating something in R20 from scratch using the template that shits with it comes up with no issue.
HELP!!!

Could you please send a sample scene which presents the issue.archiform3d wrote:I appear to be suffering from the same issue. a couple of days ago all Octane lights are rendering as 1000x bigger than they are in C4D. The new update seems to have fixed it. I am putting all my lights back to normal scale again and so far so good.
