As I wrote It's not a global parameter anymore. It will save the value to scenes and load back. It's done to avoid problems on deadline/network rendering/etc..

Hey guys,

I am having issues using the Metal material. It doesn't seem to work in ver4.0 but it works in 3.08.

When you create a new Metal material it creates a diffuse like material and changing any of the parameters doesn't seem to affect it, other than the diffuse channel which does work.

Also, changing the BRDF model to GGX or Beckmann or Ward makes no difference.

Is this a known bug?

Perhaps it makes sense to checkbox the global non-global option?
