Crash when opening file from R18 in R19

Hello,

We're having this issue of C4D R19 crashing when opening files from R18,

Bug report is attached. In the scene we are using Forester with Octane Scatter. Will scattering with unconnected vertices cause this issue?

Which version of forester?
Could you please share a scene?

Seems to involve Forester Objects using Octane Scatter and a reference mesh of unconnected vertices.

It's crashing on scatter object's codes. There's a distribution object without any polygons and crashes. I'm fixing this problem.
Run C4D without Octane and delete this object and save your scene. Later it will not crash.

Thank You for the confirmation aoktar! Unfortunately most of our distribution meshes for this project are made by cloning stray vertices. and there are multiple distribution meshes in several scenes.

Is there an ETA for the fix or do you think we should fill the vertex "cloud" with polygons?
