hey guys im chugging along on this scene and could really use some input

i just changed the floor a bit and placed it into a more finished render of it hence why the floor looks not fully rendered.
im going to increase the decrease the scale on the floor abit.

im running a 512mb 9600gt, so i desperately need to upgrade, takes a lifetime to render.

is the fact that there is no glass noticeable?

any crits or suggestions would be awesome.

A few objects on the table could do, maybe some fruit and a glass. Also try adjusting the gamma and exposure controls as it's to dark, and you should be on your way. ;)

Nice scene. I noticed a little problem with the Alpha of the cut-out character : the background can be seen slightly through the character !

Check your alpha texture (maybe it is not full black and full white), or the opacity slider value.
