Hi there,

I recently had to downgrade from Unity Pro to Personal. Since then Octane says I no longer have a license I can use.

I've tried completely (including the "Octane" menu) uninstalling and re-installing. I can use Octant on the same cycle I installed it on, but as soon as I have to stop/restart Unity I get the no license message.
If I just remove the components from the project and re-install then no-joy :-(

Is there anything that can be done for this?

Is there anything that can be done to fix this? I've kinda been blocked for a couple of days :-(

Created a new account on unity.com and worked around the problem.

You also downgraded your unity account from pro to personal?
Are you getting error messages?
Could you PM me your unity account?
