Hmmmmm ... standalone, I was able to load the material, then in Studio it loaded ok... but... I don't know why.
I think loading it in Standalone caused the LiveDb material to be re-read into the cache, which then resulted in it loading OK in the plugin. I will wait to see what info Otoy come back with on this.
We have detected the source of this issue which was caused by a recent change on the LiveDB server. This should all be fixed now and should not require any updates on your side.
Please let us know if any of you still have any issues with this.
