But on a serious note, why can't we have version 3.07 for LW 2018 which is very stable ? If we wait for some 3.08 version it will only be trouble, when I installed it I had multiple problems and crashes so I reverted back to 3.07. I'm afraid the 3.08 version won't be usable so why not release a 3.07 version ?

Some last minute LW2018 related code and bug fixes were made at the same time that the plugin was updated to Octane 3.08, so I'm afraid that we are going to need to wait for the next 3.08 API to release the LW2018 plugin. Hopefully, all these issues on the Octane side should be fixed in the next Octane 3.08 Standalone and API build.

Here is what they said about 3.08 API

"By EOM, we are fixing some things reported by users before we move to 3.09."

It's still an RC, and it seems they've found a bug already. What do you think, Juanjo, is it worth releasing the plug-in with that?

Yeah, I'll release it today, at least to deploy the first version available for LW2018. From now on, you should expect new releases frequently to fix issues and add new Octane/plugin features.
