transparent plastic reflection and transparency roughness

I am rendering a coloured transparent plastic lid. I want a little amount of roughness in the transparency, and a different amount of roughness in the specular reflection. Is this possible to achieve? Using the specular material, I have set the transparency colour in the transmission slot. Adjusting the roughness affects both the transparency and the specular. I want a nice see through coloured plastic, with a blurry reflection on the surface.
