Will it be possible to define the instance IDs in the csv file used to scatter the instances ?

no problem, here is the Win 7 version: please, try with the attached scene: Could it possible that the center of your objects is far away from the object location?
Did you tried to switch from World to Local mode, to see if you have differences?
