Please check resolution too - I think I have seen issues with like this with other plugins, and I think I run at a lower res than most (1280x1024 - I can't afford better monitors)bazuka wrote:@cakesson
ur right, and thats a very stupid thing to happen, coz mel is mel, maya 2009 is 2009
and everything should be the same no matter what OS u have, so we come to conclusion that AD didnt do what they should(if u know what i mean
)
i test it under linux 2011 and everything was fine, now im installing 2009 and ill check the same thing and make corrections
cheers & 10x for help, soon as i get to UI thing i let u know...
That could work, but it would probably be better to keep everything universal and the same, no batter the platform. Of course it all depends on what the problem is I am seeing here (my screenshot). The cause/reason might be a simple thing.bazuka wrote:i will, im running on 1680x1050 here![]()
what do u think about tabs?
maybe i could split settings into few tabs for people on linux
OK - I can get it to export an OBJ, but that is about it. I have to then MANUALLY start octane and bring it in. When I manually import the scene, It is at the default resolution - no matter what I specify in the plugin window. It is definitely better though.bazuka wrote:@Phr0stByte
my friend tell me does this works for u, i made some changes in UI, i used the xsi GUI for octane exporter
cheers
