Hi,
I cant find a way to stack shaders in Modo shading tree that works with octane without an override.
Is it possible to say make a windows with dirt on it in the shadertree / layered? If so, how!?

Group mask does not work in Octane?
Have tried everything I can think of, this is what I have right now. I am loosing the underlaying material "glass".

Hi - the Modo Layer Mask is supported, but not the Group mask. For a Group mask you need to use an Octane Override - since it will be potentially masking two different material types. Is it possible to say make a windows with dirt on it in the shadertree / layered? If so, how!?
I hope that helps.

Thanks Paul, then I do not need to try anymore
Will this (adding a "dust" layer on top of specular) be possible in some way in the future?

Automatic support this from the Shader Tree could be supported if enough users request it. Also, keep in mind the OSL support will soon be added to Octane, and that will open up a lot of possibilities too. Will this (adding a "dust" layer on top of specular) be possible in some way in the future?
