Hi

Just purchased a new license of Octane Render and for C4D but I can't sign in with my password.

I saw on the forums this happened a while ago, has something happened?

Its a Windows 10 machine and its quite important we get this up and running.

Any help greatly appreciated.

This is usually related to Octane not being able to contact our servers for authentication, which may happen due to a firewall or proxy blocking the communication.

If you are in a corporate environment you may want to contact your admin. Please refer to the documentation for more information here.
