Hi we attached a picture of VDB fire 90 mil cells what is the proper max grid value?
How can we calculate. Manual does not explain well because phoenix not have the info about cells


2. Any way to have an option to control smoke and fire independently. Phoenix has volumetric button for final rendering look but it does not work for us

Did you try working on density and volume step length and then adjusting emissions?

yes. But do you know by chance what is the best setting for grid value should be? The proper one

also there are just so many options to tweak vdbs like emmis scale (from the volume modifier), density, volume step length, power for texture emission, volume ramp texture contributes to brightness, max grid value does too. I wish there was a proper tutorial step by step for proper set up of fire.
