I tested your issue but did not crash, everything seems to work fine.
Could you kindly share your scene (in pm if you want) that crash and a screenshot with your batch Render setting?

Nothing has changed, the speed is less... One and the same scene, but works differently in new versions of octane.

I updated the video card driver. It was even worse.

I tested your shared file, your issue happens as you said.
I did a different workflow and everything worked.
I'll send your issue to developers.
Meanwhile you can use this workflow to use Render Element and batch render.

I made PMC test with your scene,
It seems to confirm my previous test.
I honestly do not know what to say.
You could make a clean uninstall of Nvidia drivers before installing latest Nvidia drivers:

And do not install any CUDA toolkit.
