HDRI or SUn / SKY lighting Octane the problem is the same, the MAIN layer remains transparent.

You can render without Alpha channel and obtain the alpha mask by enabling the Render Layer Mask pass: Or render with Alpha channel active and add a white layer behind the beauty pass: ciao beppe
