I installed the new version 3.0.6.0 today. I have a problem with the lightning with a OctaneSky Tag. The lightning with a Environment Tag is different as the older Version 3.05.3
I think the value from RotX is not the same.

could you post some screenshots?
If you are in c4doctane, be aware that now the Sky tag has a new Ground option, where you can change the color, smooth out the gradient, or remove it by setting the start angle at 90°:
