If I do not change the noise threshold to the lower side, is displayed correctly.

I apologize for such a long post.

It's hard to reproduce this bug without the actual scene settings. Could you please send me the scene settings as well ?.

vijay_thirukonda, I made a mistake. This bug is associated with the value expected exposure. I initially put a high value and during rendering it reduce. After that, it turns out this bug. I do it to adaptive sampling worked as good as the previous version. If I save the scene and open again there is no this error.
Expected exposure a very strange option, now even if I put the noise threshold 1.0 adaptive sampling with long time does not work, and the result is obtained as before without adaptive sampling, the light areas without any noise, in dark areas noisy.

When a render is done with AS and there's still noise, is it not possible to clean it up anymore with region render?

Ok :) Is it too much to ask how? Cuz when the noise filter is all green nothing happens when using the region render.

Ok, I found a solution. Max samples was set to max (100000), so to go higher I need to type it manually to get the rendering going again and clear the green noise filter.

With how awesome adaptive sampling is, it would make sense to be able to set max samples to 0 and that would make it just go until it is no longer noisy.

Mmm strange, it's not the behavior I observed in the previous version, anyway once you selected the region, you could reduce the noise threshold to force refinement as it doesn't restart the render anymore (check first ;) )

Is there a reason the adaptive sampling expected exposure can't be set below 1.0? Or is this just an oversight?
Expected exposure: This should be set to the approximate exposure you plan to use in the imager.
Sometimes we use exposures below 1.0
