Octane freezing during send the scene and restart new render

Hi aoktar, first really thank you for the hard work and how fast you are really thank.

i have small problem lately and this really drive me crazy and not sure what happening the other thing i don't know how can get the log file or the crash report because there is no one what happened exactly when i send my scene to render octane freezing and all what i see just the wheel and no info really in the console and i can't even open octane log when this crash happened how ever the only thing i can do is restart c4d and when i did and re open it i don't see anything in octane log arrrrrgh please see the image it's just simple cube not large file.

what do you see in octane log window? Open it before rendering.

now i see:

when i open the scene and sure what that mean i use only one material with MID and see the image please. the other thing is there is way too open this log file when the freezing happen because it's look like in Separated window

UPDATE:

this is by accident i add volume Gradient to texture emission and i remove it now i don't see this message anymore however i am not sure if this what cos the freezing or not because the freezing happened again without this volume Gradient and again when i re open c4d the log not show me anything just the normal message

the problem this happened random with different scene. and some time when i open the same scene that was freezing it's open and render fine

Please be more clear. Is there still an issue or not?
If it's still with you first check your installation.
second make a video capture with enough information. I can't see critical informations on your post.
Show c4doctane folder's content..
Open Console + Octane log windows, make always visible. Open and show all parameters in settings window. Activate LOGOUT from settings. And send a render, capture all progress + log outs in video.

yes, still an issue for me so far but as i side it's happened random.

No you have to open before. And be sure to check your install. Try clean install also. Check drivers, etc.. don't know

Ok i think i find something and i am sure this not the plugin problem i think for some reason my card unavailable and available randomly and if so i am not sure why this happen my drive is uptodate any i will keep searching. what you think about this? and i understand have a lot of thing to do so yah don't worry thank you.
