COmplete newb here, how would one go about getting a vdb from fume fx? Please provide a clear process as I am an idiot attempting to crawl through life

Right, but I don't have any Vdb's on my computer, do I need to export my FUmefx simulation AS a vdb? if so, how can I do that?
