spillstudios, it does not work as it should. works properly only vdb from Houdini.

so to be clear no one has managed to import a fumefx openvdb and render it? Pretty annoying I only upgraded to v3 for the volumes and even now its useless, can't even find a 3dsmax plugin v3 manual!

just had a friend test it in redshift and it renders fine, looking more and more likely i'll be ditching octane for redshift now.

Reiterating previous statements regarding FumeFX:
We have access to the SDK for Phoenix FD. Because of this, Phoenix compatibility has been been progressing well. Fume FX does not have an available SDK, but VBDs produced by FumeFX should still work. Unless there is some unknown Fume-related issue, the VBD should be no different from any other.
If you are having issues with your VBD files, please provide samples for testing. If simple VBDs in a simple scene is failing for you, then there is definitely an issue that will need further troubleshooting.
I made a mistake sorry. Because in 3ds max is not working correctly. In standalone version works fine.
