Greetings, I'm having this issue with a model and mirrored Uv's that the tangent and the normal map appears inverted.
tried with bump map same error, standard c4d render doesn't behave this way
Can't post the scene but I'll posting as much screenshots as possible.
Any suggestions or workarounds?
Tech stuff: Octane 3.05-test 4.1 ; cinema 4d r18.028 ; Video card: Gf 980Ti ; textures size 8k (all those render good and fast except normal maps in the mirrored Uv's)

Hi omardex,
it's a limitation of OctaneRender, not of the plugin.
Basically you have to create a second material with the inverted option active in the normal map node and assign it to the flipped part.
