Problem with OctaneDB

I know that there is a bug in the Octane API LiveDB feature in these latest builds that is fixed now for the next build. Probably your problem is related to this issue.
As a workaround, If you need this material you could install an older plugin version to get it.
Thanks,
-Juanjo

Hi Jaun,
Do you have any idea when we're going to have a new version?
It's really annoying not to be able to use Octane textures.
I switched back to the previous version, but I had a problem with the scenes recorded with the new version.
The scene opens but the Octane plugin does not activate and the "Enable plugin" button does nothing
So I keep this new version and I wait for the update.
Do not forget the light sphere please, i prefere sphere light rather than the emitting surface because I often need to illuminate with the diffusion of the sphere but without seeing the emitter.
Thank in advance
Franck

I was waiting for the final 3.05 API version (the one with the updated rounded edges feature) that should be available this week, but I can post a custom build to solve this problem. Are you working with LW2015 in windows, right?
Thanks,
