Has anyone else experienced this:
When network rendering, if i try to render a single frame i get an error. but when i do an animation it works fine. From Mac to a Pc both running:

Hey thanks for the reply. I've tried it with nothing in the scene and without lights or Sky's and i still get that issue.
I'm rendering throug the Team Render in C4d

Yea, the error is from my first post.
It doesn't crash just doesn't render.
The workaround is just render 2 frames instead of just one.

I'm gonna test it later. But i don't suppose that's a bug. And why do tou render one frame on TR? It's no making any sense on me.

The machine i'm working on only has 2gb video card and the one in the server room has 4x980ti's. I need to render single frames from time to time.

another option is to enable 4GB of out-of-core option on your 2GB machine to match the 6GB of 980ti and than use c4dOctane net rendering for working with all GPUs together directly
