hello!

in octane version 2 i used trasmission channel on diffuse materials when i wanted to make a nice and simplyfied version of sss. (with Directlighting gi_diffuse)
it was nice and fast. and i didnt have to set up medium channel

on v3 this trick is not working anymore.

the first render is done with octane V2.24.2
the leafes are just diffuse material with trasmission switched on

the second render is done with octane v3.04.3, same materials, same kernel (DL gi_diffuse)

i am trying to get the same result with the new octane but it seems impossible, any suggestion? thanks!!!

Have you read release notes? Some GI_MODE options are deprecated. You need modify by yourself if it's wrong.
