When rendering to the LV everything works perfectly, but when rendering through the PV or render Queue some frame have the MDD deformer and the Alembic files misaligned?
The ABC is an export from DAZ, and the MDD deformer from Marvelous Designer 5
MDD + ABC alignment in PV

Hard to understand what you mean but PV will be equal if you keep settings at defaults.
Btw in LV we use all objects as "movable" by default. In PV default is "auto detect". If there's an object which cannot be detected as "movable" then you should help to plugin. Add an object tag to this object and it will be movable.

Sorry for not being clear.
When I render 200 frames in the picture viewer maybe only 2-3 frames will be slightly misaligned. The rest will render fine. If I go to the frame that had issues and look in the live viewer they work perfectly.
I've added an octane object tag to the object group is that not sufficient?
Thanks again for your help

Should be enough. But i cannot know what's the real problem and also nobody can know. Please send me a scene to investigate if you can. Only way is that to know.teeshiiddo wrote: I've added an octane object to the object group is that not sufficient?
Btw, i have an idea. There may be a problem on update detection on this kind of mesh. Try to use "force update in PV" from tag.

I've just sent you a PM with a wetranfer of the project file.
I will also try the force updates on a render overnight

Eventually tracked it down to a frame rate issue between the project and the render settings.
Sorry to waste your time. Thanks again for looking into it.
