Hi Elvis,
as I already told you, you have to sign-out from the plugin or the standalone, instead of continuing to use the online deactivation, that should be used only in particular circumstances, eg. only when you cannot reach your machine for deactivating the license from there.

If your machines are unstable and likely to leave your licenses locked I'd recommend to not to use offline licensing or else unlocking via the website will be your only way to release the license. Otherwise licenses should be released when the the host application (Max in your case) is closed.

For what I see from your error, your session has expired, you need to re-sign in and then sign out via the plugin's account settings, for what you'll need a valid Internet connection.
