New installation - LightWave can't find the plugin

Great! So you have the plugin running with all the files, including the .DLLs, in the same folder used by the plugin .p file, right?

If you find any problem with this plugin deploy, please let me know.

That's correct. Everything was extracted to a folder which has nothing to do with LightWave except the plugins themselves.

I have similar problem but could not solve it using the latest version

My system crashed and after that won't boot and backups are corrupt so I have no choice except to install everything from scratch

So I did, I installed LW 2015.3 64bit and copied those three files from Octane plugin zip to lw bin.
Then I tried to add the plugin itself in LW Layout but it says: Cannot load external plugin file...

Please help!

In a complete clean windows install, perhaps you could need to install the Visual C++ 2012 redistributable package to load the Octane for LightWave plugin:
