The last days I tried to get in contact with you a lot of times. I wrote a support mail concerning a refund because of the reasons I told you in this mail.
I got the answer, that the NZ team will take care of it.
Why is nobody from you responding to my case?
So now I'm trying to get Otoy NZs attention via this forum.
It would be really good to hear from you.
