A friend told me that in China many companies use Thea instead of Octane simply because PayPal is blocked there.
Otoy would expand their market if the would offer alternative payment solutions.

I can not upgrade either. Paypal has stop operating due to some laws of bank here in Turkey. As i see Otoy doesnt care about it and insisted on Paypal only
