I post two questions about that feature:
1) is possible to have the option unchecked by default? Because currently is checked by default and, for my experience, provide weird alpha.
2) what is exaclty the purpose of this option? Is in some way related to our past request to avoid to have the "one pixel gap" in Render Layer?

Thanks a lot.

Thanks a lot for your as usual prompt answer.
1) yes I have a sved "new.c4d" file in the root. My problem is that if I need to open an old file, made with an earlier Octane version (where in the Camera the feature was not present), I have the option checked by default so, rendering the image cause a problem with the alpha image.
2) Fantastic: if I have understood well we have only to check the option when we user render Layer features? No other to know and to do, right?
Thanks again.
