The OCS file define the octane node tree, but you still need the OBJ file for the kitchen geometry.
As I can't see the geometry, only guessing here:
when you open the scene, you are inside the kitchen but there's no light inside it so you only see a black picture ?
To let environment light go into the kitchen, you have to assign to windows, a transparent material or a specular material with transmission (or delete windows geometry).

Here is the obj. file Calus. Does that help you? Could you post an example of how this should be set up? I have Octane 2 as well but have not used it so I am new to all this. Thanks

This is the kitchen. It is designed and rendered in chief architect. I cannot remember if I converted it to obj. with rhino3d or blender3d.I hope this helps. Thanks

So that was not a light problem, I found your kitchen!
it's visible in the scene but very well hidden :)

here is the scene with camera seeing the house :
smaller north window2.ocs
as you can see the house has a 90 degre rotation, and is really far from the scene center.
This is because blender use a Z up axis while Octane use Y up axis ...

You can use the "placement" node to put the house in the right rotation and position...
(Also better to put your camera to a panoramic camera while doing this)
