Hello!
I'm playing with a scene and I can't get the dof to work ... I do what I always do , use a distance from / to, item info on the caméra and a focus null object but now nothing seem to work. I pushed the aperture far (50 , 100), nothing.
I also tried without the distance to nodes setup, plain octane aperture, nothing. It seemed to work in the beginning and then, no more.
Anybody else?

thank you

I suppose that you don't have the autofocus option enabled, right? Can you send to me the .lws scene file?

No Autofocus... I did try (because It wasn't working with my rig, the exact same that worked with Octane2.x ) to enable It , pick the focus in the IPR but still nothing.

The problem is that you have the "Aperture edge" parameter set to 0.0. If you set it to 1.0 all should work fine ;)

Ok, I had changed It before without noticeable changes BUT to see the result I have now to crank up the aperture to 50 or a 100! Not sure if It's due to my scene scale or to the changes since Octane 2.
It works now, thank you!
