I just installed 3.0R1.1, and all seems well, except for the fact that the Live View will no longer allow for camera orbits with alt-left-mouse. The view will properly behave until I release the mouse button, at which time the view will snap to the state of view as when the file loaded into Cinema. Pan and Zoom seems fine, this is limited just to orbit. I looked for a setting to control this, but I cannot find one (and this would differ from previous versions regardless). Is this a known issue?
Cinema R17.046 running on Win64 8.1
Update: Light Colors are not updating either. I think I may have a bad install, though I did follow the directions... I will investigate further.

OK, I found this camera issue. This is an imported LWS file, and apparently there were keyframes on the camera. As such, the Octane viewer jumping back would likely correct in this case.

It's a commercial project so I cannot post it online. Sorry.aoktar wrote:Yan,
can you send me a sample scene?
Somehow I have fixed the problems by copying everything into a new document.
I don't know why, but everything seems to work now.
I'll get back if I will get new errors.

How about to delete parts but still seeing errors. I'll may not help to requests when any scenes are not attached. Sorry for that but it's just 10x time loose on issue to understand what's that. And at the end it's mostly a user error.Yan wrote:It's a commercial project so I cannot post it online. Sorry.aoktar wrote:Yan,

There are 10 VDBs in, VelocitiesZ is the last one. But they all seem to have 3 values, even the x, y and z volumes. Don't knwo why Octane takes the last one of all things, but 3 values in every volume seems to be a bit much.
Btw: Is it intention that all the volumes of frame 0065 have square or rectangle shapes?
