C4D V3 Commercial Version Login Issues

Hi!
I downloaded Octane-for-C4D-V3.0-R1.1 with so much hope...!
...Unfortunatly, i get (again) this message when i launch C4D : "Could not find any available lisenses..."
My octane plugin for C4D lisense is Deactivated in my OctaneLive Account...

For the V3 Standalone version, it seems totally random behaviour... It was working this morning. Now it doesn't (same message abour a missing lisense...)

It seems like an issue on licensing system. OSX?

I noticed that if i deactivate the plugin 2.25 version in c4D and i close c4d, when i relaunch, my account is activated anyway... Is that normal ?

EUREKA ! It works now (for a long time i hope !;)

So, I opened The standalone 2.25 version and deactivated my account. Then i opened C4D with the plugin 2.25 version. I deactivated my account. Close c4d.
I opened the Standalone 3.00 version. It asked for sign in. I did. Standalone version 3 opened.
I opened C4D (with the V3 plugin version in it) and...(i couldn't believe it!) no message at all.
Now both Standalone and C4D plugin V3 are running.

Hello all,

I'm also having problems and getting nowhere by emailing [email protected] - please help!

Using a Mac, I installed the demo, enjoyed using it and then decided to purchase yesterday. So now I'm running V3 Standalone (which logs me in just fine, and works), and the C4D plugin.

My problems start when I open C4D, and I get the login box which looks like the attached. So I input my OTOY username which doesn't work (I'm sure that's ok though) and also my OctaneLive Username and Password. Both for the standalone and the C4D plugin, neither of which work.

It simply says "This standalone account is currently activated on another machine. Please contact us at [email protected] for further assistance".

So I'm confused with the "Activated / Deactivated" status. I have no idea why it doesn't work and I've spent the last day trying to fix this. I've also attached my status (with my credentials blurred out) so you can see what's happening.

Does anybody know how I can fix this?
