The terms and conditions can be changed on a newer version and the user choose if accept or not, so... what's happen if tomorrow Radiance decidea to release the 1.0 vesion? Terms and conditions cannot be changed such a drastic way by the owner till after version 1. There are laws here in Europe that forbid such things.

Even the mos secure enterprises have internet connections, a router can't change their settings except if the administrator (you) do it.I agree with that from a purely technical point of view in best case, but the point of view of the clients is that I cannot certify that at any time for any reason a failure will not occur resetting or altering the parameters of the router and leaving everything pass by.
The perfect isolated system does not exists, even without a internet connection is posible yo stole your work (I'm coder for more than 15 years and I know what I'm talking about).
