Hello,
I just noticed Dirt doesn't work (gets ignored) with Texture Emission in Alpha 10.1, it works in 2.25 R3
Also attached the file.

can confirm it doesn't work in v3 beta 2.1 too
Hi guys,
when you use a texture with emission, is always a good idea to use the same texture also in the diffuse pin
In this particular case the Diffuse channel was even disabled.

Hey, thanks for the feedback.
I tried to make the simplest example possible, that's why diffuse is disabled. The shader I was debugging is quite more complex then this, but now you showed me how to work around the problem. Btw this works just fine in V2...
So it is clear that Dirt node gets ignored somehow in the execution and you need to force it by linking it to diffuse, since I don't need any AO in diffuse this seems a workaround that will do it:
Not pretty but it works, thanks again.
Cheers,
Sandi

This is not belong to plugins. Please post on standalone forum. My advice is to first check on standalone for renderer based problems when you find.
