Hi guys,

I tried a simple animation with a .vdb file in a volume and there's a cloud animation witch is too quick and not continus... at the end of the sequence, the cloud isn't animated.

I don't understand how work the cloud animation in the .cdb panel.

see files enclosed.

thanks for your explanations ;-)

Aoktar,

it's a.vdb file from this package.

I'll try to give you the .vdb file for testing tomorrow.

I tried to erase and reload my .vdb cloud file and now it works perfectly. So there was a bug somewhere...

cloud is static and look very nice now.

I tried to use explosion.vdb file and I can only see the smoke and no the fire "part".

How can I "active" it ?

thanks

Hi bertritude,
here is the "fire part" of the explosion.vdb file with a texture emission node and a volume gradient node:

thanks
