Hi All,
I get a full 3ds Max 2014 crash when I open the material editor when I try to add a Octane material. Max freezes to a halt, where I have no ability to close Max without killing it from a ctl+alt+delete. If anyone has a solution to this, any advice would be appreciated.
Note: I just got finished trying out the demo, which performed flawlessly. No crashes, odd behaviors, etc.

I had the same problem some days ago.
I installed a clean driver of Nvidia but nothing.
The solution was:
Verify if your system appair a VGA card onboard together your Nvidia card.
I must disable it from Bios.
Now Octane recognize only a Nvidia card and now run all perfectly.
