I have played around a lil bit with this plugin and was able to export a simple animation, ok.
I halt the render, to add my textures. But everytime octane restarts it loses all the
textures/shaders etc...huh?

This issue "unusable object" search for it, but basically, when you add the mesh do it in the "Unnamed Project" tab of the Graph editor, NOT the "Preview Configuration" Tab. I think that if you do that it should all be good.

hm... I think it would be best if you opened a new thread where you specify this problem you are having, preferably in a way that RS team can reproduce.
