Hi all,

I would like to ask all customers who bought licenses during the last 2 weeks to have a bit of patience as we're migrating to a new automated database system.
We can't handle the administration manually of the amount of incoming purchases currently so we have quite a big backlog.

Once beta 2.2 final is out (which will be any day now), we will focus our efforts on this and you will receive your invoices.
We will also provide a new system with a customer area on the website for various things, more details about those later.

Yours,
Radiance

Hi Radiance,

I just bought myself a license via PayPal, but haven't got any email or whatsoever from you guys. Is that normal? I mean, the delays you're talking about (above), is that the reason I'm getting no confirmation email except the one from PayPal?

Cheers,
Alcy

until the new database is active, we do it manually and we were asleep when you ordered. (where in the EU)

Hi :)

I was just about to ask the same question.

I'm glad I checked. I'll wait patiently for an email.

Thanks.

Hi.

I registered and ordered Octane yesterday 29.05.2010. Looking forward to experimenting with the Maya integration as well. In the meantime playing around with the demo. I hope you are open to suggestions. I have a few and I hope they are not too hard to implement.

Thank you

Thank you for the update. Just bought a license this morning so it's good to know there may be a day or two delay in getting the latest beta/license #. At least now I won't be checking my email every 5 minutes :P

I also hope this is a sign that Refractive Software is getting good consumer response. This is the first unbiased renderer I've bought and I look forward to using it.

Cheers,
