By baking you mean baking textures and mapping them using UVs on top of the geometry?
Does it means I will be able to bake textures/color maps and export them in my game engine, Unity3D or Unreal Engine?
I`m asking about baking textures inside octane for almost 5 years now. I will love to be able to do that in 3.xx.
Thanks in advance for your answer.

Yes - and you can do this in engine with an imported ORBX scene + the new integrated plugin for UE4.

A little appetizer? :-)
There are no pictures yet. Didn't have time to create them yet. We may post something next week or so. I'm currently writing a development update - text only for now.

Hi What is baking?
Does it mean I can have a sun shining on the scene and after I bake it it will not have to rerender anymore except for moving objects and their shadows? Tahnks

CB, stuff like that would just be the tip of the tip. Did you do some research on baking and get your answers, or did you need more info?
