New builds of the Octane plugin for SketchUp are available:
Octane Render for SketchUp x64
Octane Render for SketchUp x64 (Demo)
The main change in this version is a fix for the problems with proxy objects. They should work correctly now.
Octane Render for SketchUp 0.15.2
Thanks Captain for your work.
PS. When I want to uninstall previous versions of SU plugin the windows installer wants to install it, not uninstall. So in my program list I have all of old versions of SU plugin.

Hoping for success, but still doesn't work. See attached images as the result.
I have 2 solutions for now that work about as well, just not as quickly as one push of the button.
1. Use SketchUp 2014 with v0.13 - Exports *.ocs data perfectly.
2. Obj export by TIG - open in Octane standalone, export *.ocs - proxy attached to sketchup geometry.
*Using the TIG export over the Native OBj export from SU produces much cleaner results. The node tree is named perfectly and includes the materials, where as the su export does not.*
Update no.2 - Now proxies don't even work at all! I apply one I've created from octane standalone and nothing shows.
The only way to move forward remains create proxy data in SU2014
Thanks for giving it a shot.
Update No.3 - Proxies created from SU2014 are still in working order. I've placed them at the origin in export. When I apply the proxies to SU2015 they almost shift origin as if they have a mind of their own. This isn't going well. I have to revert back to pre updates, its affecting my work.

Thanks Captain for your work.
When do you have to finish the show graph,we will have the same function as standalone, it becomes essential to have a real plugin, will it be possible the video in future?

Sorry for the delay replying here; another project has been taking some of my time lately, but SketchUp hasn't been forgotten. I'm looking into the uninstall issue now, along with continuing work on the proxy issue.
I have the proxy problem too, I can't see them at all. An update would be really nice, as we bought the plugin to work inside sketchup as much as possible
trying to download the new version, but bitdefender gives me this virus warning.
