Hi - This is controlled by Modo (and I agree - I do not like it this way) - so cannot easily be changed. It also happens with the Modo Preview Render window - when you start, if you then switch tab the preview render stops rendering. So the Octane Render window behavior is consistent with the way Modo works. If you need to change Modo layouts, use the Octane->Open Octane Viewport menu option rather than starting the render from the OctaneRender layout. But even if you do this, if you swap in and out of the OctaneRender layout Modo will cancel the render (in the Octane Viewport panel).I found a bug, but maybe this is how the plugin was programmed.
Now on modo 901 the preview resets each time I switch tabs in modo, Can you make it not to reset, and let it keep render. Can we use the do not change the image button for this?
